Live Show Producer / StreamYard Operator
Be the person behind the scenes making sure the broadcast moves like a real show instead of two dudes fighting buttons on-air.
What you'll do
- Run the live show in StreamYard.
- Switch layouts, scenes, graphics and overlays.
- Manage comments, audio and guests while the show is live.
- Help showcase Lounger comments, polls and call-ins.
- Be reliable every Monday and stay locked in from pre-show through The After Lounge.
- Communicate with Styles, Tone and the production team.
What we're looking for
- Experience with StreamYard or a similar live-streaming platform.
- Strong tech skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet and a solid computer setup.
- Fast communication and calm problem solving.
- Somebody who understands the culture without making the show feel corporate.

Season 5 Content Coordinator
Turn what happens in the Lounge into content that keeps working after Monday night is over.
What you'll do
- Help turn the show into clips, reels, graphics and social posts.
- Support Reels, Stories and the weekly content calendar.
- Edit and repurpose show clips across platforms.
- Keep the brand consistent and sharp.
- Respond to comments and help keep the Lounge active online.
- Support specials, giveaways, sponsors and cross-promotion.
- Track what performs and bring new ideas to the table.
What we're looking for
- Experience with social media/content creation or a strong portfolio.
- Comfort with tools like CapCut, Canva and scheduling platforms.
- Strong creativity, communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines and stay consistent.
- Somebody who understands the Lounge vibe and can help grow it.
