About Compensation

This cohost position is currently unpaid because the show itself is not currently generating host compensation. If the show becomes monetized, compensation for the hosting team will be structured fairly based on revenue, roles, responsibilities and contribution. Future compensation is not guaranteed.

This chair ain't for everybody.

If you're looking for a polished corporate podcast where everybody agrees, watches every word and never goes off-script, this isn't that show.

The Lounge includes cannabis culture, adult conversations, humor, relationships, culture, current events and unpredictable turns. You need to be comfortable being challenged, disagreeing without making it personal, and bringing your own personality into the room.

You do not have to be a cannabis expert. You do have to be comfortable being part of a cannabis-centered show.
